Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how we calculate delivery costs, which couriers we use, where we deliver to, and any important conditions that apply. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Minimum Order Value

• No minimum order value.

Couriers We Use

We currently use a range of trusted couriers depending on item size, weight and destination:

• DHL
• Evri
• Royal Mail
• Parcelforce

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

• Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

If there is a delay, we will contact you.

Volumetric Weight

Some couriers (particularly DHL) charge based on volumetric weight rather than actual weight. This means large but lightweight items may fall into a higher delivery bracket.

Delivery Zones & Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order and your delivery postcode.

Zone 1 & 2 Delivery Prices (England, Wales & Parts of Scotland)

Free Delivery thresholds are highlighted with ✅ England, Wales and parts of Scotland.

Exclusions: Bulk orders, large hutches/runs, Bomb Abouts, Rabbit 150/120, or any item over 4ft (120cm).

Zone 3 Delivery Prices (Scottish Highlands) – Scottish Highlands

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Zone 4 Delivery Prices (Isles & Remote Regions) – Isles & Remote Regions

Safe Place & Incorrect Address Requests

If you request that your parcel is left in a safe place, or if the delivery address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery.

Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Large Item Reminder 🐰

If your order contains a hutch, run, or Bomb About system, please order it on its own. Add any smaller items in a second order to avoid additional delivery charges.

Large Items (Hutches, Runs, Large Bomb About Systems)

Large items have set delivery prices shown on the product page.

Important:

• Please do not order additional items in the same transaction as large items.
• The website will otherwise add standard delivery charges.
• If you wish to order additional products, please place two separate orders.

Bulk orders may also require separate quotes.

Zone 1 – A (England & Wales)

All postcodes not listed in Zones 2–8.

Zone 2 – B (Parts of Scotland)

AB1–16, AB21–25, AB30, AB39, DD, DG, EH1, FK, G1–9, G11–15, G*, KA (except KA27 & KA28), ML1, TD, PA1–19, PH1–3.

Zone 3 – C (Scottish Highlands)

AB31–38, AB40–56, IV1–28, IV30–36, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–38, PH4–41, PH49–50.

Zone 4 – D (Scilly Isles & Scottish Islands)

HS, IV41–49, IV51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, TR21–25, ZE1–3.

Zone 5 – D (Guernsey & Jersey)

GY, JE.

Zone 6 – C (Northern Ireland)

BT — We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

Zone 7 – C (Isle of Wight)

PO31–PO41.

Zone 8 – D (Isle of Man)

IM1–9.

Collections are available by appointment only for account customers.
